The prime suspect in an unsolved case of the still missing Zebb Quinn.
He went missing after leaving work,
His car was seen being droved by the strange looking women in the pic.
They found the car days later with inside a new jacket tons of soft drinks a chocolate lab puppy and there where painted lips drawn on the back car window.
It is still unknown what happened to Zebb Quinn to this day and who the women driving his car even was.

Is it supposed to look spoopy?

That's the supposed sketch of the women seen driving his car.
Why she looks so...odd...is anyone's guess.

This case just caught me eye because of how creepy it is.

I'm planning a webcomic involving the Voynich Manuscript. It isn't really a hugely main focus though.

Fuck, why are names saved between posts? It's really fucking annoying.

That picture is so spoopy, reminds me of pic related
anyways I'm pretty certain there aren't any cartoons like that but there may be a comic out there or at least a webcomic
Google's pretty effective.

Probably not going to get much outside of an anthology format.

Police "sketches" always look odd. Especially when they're computer generated cut and paste parts like this. They start getting better when the cases become more important and people give more of a shit.

Lot of youtubers do these things.
