How much of a difference is there in how Marvel approaches magic and how DC approaches magic in their universes?
Marvel has more magical entities littering the place up, DC has more magical people thanks to the homo magi.

Man Wiccan should have been a DC character.

Wiccan shouldn't be a character at all.

From what I remember, DC's Magic is more chaotic and dangerous. I think the Avengers Justice League crossover went into this at one point, with Scarlet Witch saying that the chaos magic of DC was more powerful and harder to understand.

I've actually always thought that Dr. Strange would fit in a lot better at DC.

i don't know how DC does it but Marvel is fucking it all up badly. they're having new teen beast learn magic when it would mean more for 616 beast to do it.
marvel is so shitty right now
DC I feel is like more rooted i want to say while Marvel magic is more out there

I am not too familiar with DC. I think mages are divided along the faction lines of order and chaos.
Marvel's mages get power mostly from extra-dimensional powers and abstracts like Death and Eternity. Only gods and their descendants have inherent magical powers. It is more of a free for all in Marvel.

I thought Magic in the MU was "dying" or something.

Maybe its the series I read but magic in DC seems more base and inherently dark than in Marvel.
Like DC magic will fuck you up bad while Marvel just lets you fly around and junk
