What do you like about Doctor Doom?
My favorite thing about him is that he honestly believes that taking over the planet is what is best for the world and everyone living in it.
My favourite thing about him is when he does take over the world, he does make it better for the civillians living in it.

> OML Doom's land being a Sanctuary.

His speech patterns.
His relationship to Reed, Ben and Valeria.
His determination.
His hubris.
>>90982250
That's the worst part about him though, when writers validate his delusions of grandeur as being a reality. Completely misses the point of the character.
>>90982203
Just about everything. His classic grandeur is really entertaining. He's also simple yet versatile just about anyone can side with or against him and it works.
>>90982203
NOT Reed Richards.
>>90982203
I liked him before he turned into a writers pet Mary Sue
He's a villain but also a hero! He's literally the greatest except for his hubris!
>>90982203
Doom and Namor's relationship.
His relationship with Valeria, mostly
I wish the Fantastic Four weren't out in the universe so Valeria could still be around for Doom's character
>>90982203
The times when he's (effectively) portrayed in a more grey moral area without diminshing the fact that he's still a horrible person.
His overwhelming competency always being obliterated by his own ego and pettiness.
The fact that he's a versatile character that can be played for ridiculous camp or completely straight as a menacing villain.
His sheer force of will.
Doom is my favorite comic villain because of his evolution over time. I like when Doom can be portrayed in a positive light, not for purposes of Doomwankery, but because it makes the hero's job that much more complicated. But as >>90982320 said, his ideas are ultimately delusions that should never be actually validated.
>>90982203
His ego and dramatic mannerisms.
Everything about how he conducts himself screams Big Bad Guy, the kind the knocks around the heroes and forces them to get better.
>>90982203
It is the right thing for him to rule the world, anything else is beneath him.
Pic related.
Even as a kid I just loved how embodied everything about a goofy yet somehow menacing, grandiose supervillain. Black magic, mad science, an out-of-control ego, good intentions, and constant third-person grandstanding.
By the way, that's Steve on the right, and I think Sam on the left.
1) Cool outfit
B) "It's not a crime to want to rule the world" -Stan Lee
>>90982203
he's a Gypsy so Dropped
retards only like him because of Marvel vs Capcom
I liked when he cried over 9-11
>>90982203
I honestly can't think of a single thing I like about him.
inb4 someone accuses me of being Reed
>>90983822
