It was a transition back to formula that went right.

It's such an inspired thing, especially coming after mystery inc and some pretty amazing movies.

Like, it's fine. It's wacky comedy slice of life Scooby. Just like almost every other cartoon out there, but I swear people are getting sick of that. It killed the most recent muppet show which Is crime enough.

The artstyle is probably the hardest thing to get used too but it fits with the way the characters are.

I expected something like TTG but with Scooby Doo but the gang still solves mysteries. Daphne and Fred are just slightly more flanderized (which is fine since they were the most boring two anyway).

It's not really slice of life, it's road trip mysteries as usual.

Jesus those Seth Macfarlane-esque designs are so off-putting.

It's like the Ben 10 reboots where in each one the characters became progressively uglier versions of themselves.

Glad to hear this show isn't as bad as it appears to be.
To me it looks like a family guy guest appearance, and that has been a huge turnoff to me.
I might have to give it a shot.
