I don't read much DC but this thread kinda convince me to check out this Jon Kent. Which issues of DC comics I should read to get his story?

I think the current Superman is a good starting point. It's not like there are a lot more to read, I think.

He's born during Convergence: Superman by Dan Jurgens. If you get curious about the rest of the event, stick to the tie ins, I cannot stress this enough.
Then it picks up in Superman: Lois and Clark.
Then Rebirth begins and you want to read Superman by Tomasi. He's in Action Comics occasionally too.

And if you get curious about Damien, the most recent need to know stuff is from New 52 Batman and Robin and Robin- Son of Batman.
Or you could start from his introduction during Grant Morrison's run.
