You're literally describing my early 20's, it's alot of fun for the first few months but it gets repetitive even the random weirdo's showing up at your house. All the house shows and dive bar concerts start to blend together and you start seeing the cycle and want to move on from it (or atleast I did). Like I don't regret that time of my life, but I wouldn't romanticize it. There's a weird bleakness that came with it once the sheen wore off, especially as I got older and my shit together and alot of my friends from that era just stayed in the same place.
