What if Mister Mxyzptlk became all edgy like he did in Whatever happened to the man of tomorrow? He captured Doomsday, Prophecy, Tim Drake and Prime Time because the were threats to his plan somehow. Also this would be another example of DC shitting all over Alan Moore's legacy
