Alright guys. I've owned Watchmen for like two years and still haven't read it. I've tried a few times, but the start is just boring as fuck. Should I read it?
>The start is boring
How? A guy is murdered, the stage is set, the characters are introduced, and NotTheQuestion narrates while giving us insight on the setting and who he is.
Do you just not read books or something?

Yes. It's really not that hard.
You seem to be some kind of pleb and most likely will come back to shitpost about it being "overrated" after you read it while barely paying attention or understanding the story, so I'd prefer if you didn't bother.

No, Watchmen is pleb tier. Just read Rebirth as Johns writes a better story with the characters.
>>90392537
maybe you're better off watching Michael Bay movies

1/10
Even OP wasn't this obvious. Try harder.
>people unironically defending Watchmen

Yes, it is worth reading. I like reading Alan Moore comics, but I don't own a single comic he's written. Alan Moore's comics are like watching Requiem for a Dream, they are damn good, but you only feel the need to read them once.

Hi Geoff Johns, hi.
Im not saying Watchmen is bad, far from it, but dont you think its a tad overrated? Not to mention its entry level casual shit now, unfortunately

Many of his comics are worth rereading. Especially Watchmen, to pick out all the things you might have missed.

I bet so. I will read anything Moore writes, and recommend Moore's comics to friends and randoms. However, for me. once is enough.
