Master Khan is an interesting character. He used to be something of an arch-nemesis to Iron Fist but his last appearance was over 20 years ago now.

Thank god, now Mistyfags can finally accept that Colleen was always Danny's first love, and was clearly meant to be endgame from DAY ONE.

It turns up quite a bit in Marvel in the early '70s, I think it's something Roy Thomas got from old EC comics (or something like that).

But Iron Fist is the only series that had only that kind of narration. Even the later series use it sometimes as a throwback.
