What have we learned, /co/?

Nothing.

First one has more goddamn detail, showing the directors/storyboard artists gave more of a fuck. Then again most first episodes have a slower presentation in order to sell you on their product.
The second one I like it for the soundtrack, but they both could have did with less children comedy.
As I always I love how the intros always feel different from the show, thinking you'll be getting something actually good which isn't low-brow super hero crap of the lowest denominator.

Kid Chameleon should have gotten a good budgeted animated series.
It's dead now and we have learned nothing.

Omniverse had quite a bit of detail too. It just got too goofy at times, but that's pretty much a problem the series had since the post DNAlien seasons of Alien Force. CN or whoever heard the complaints about being Ben being too serious and turned his idiocy up to 11, with OV practically going up to 14 at times because "Ben's an idiot, like Goku!"

Never watch reboots.

How to avoid the series after the hard reboot came around. Omniverse had it problems but this takes it too far.
That not even lolis in swimsuits can make a show good.
