Personally I'd play around with the idea of making her a bit younger, more of a freak in the sense that her natural state is being big and normal size puts active strain on her.

Show how, unlike other superpowers, being giant actively hurts her life, and tie that back into her justifications for being a villain.

Also make her powers genuinely terrifying again. Put her up against street tiers who are absolutely not prepared for something that large that can move that fast and hit that hard, showing how terrifying that power is and all the potential for abuse that comes with it.

I don't really have any ideas for a fully fleshed out story to be honest. I just have a couple of little ideas on certain moments like: A tiny anon trying to get Ravens attention while shes lying on her bed and reading a book and shes letting him explore her body while she reads.
Another idea is just having Raven going about her day with a tiny anon on her shoulder that she keeps secret from everyone else. I personally want to make her a hero (well, not a Goody two shoes hero, anyway). So here's what I say:

1) Go back to a variation of the tracksuit. Make it gold with elements of black (pipe/blocks/etc) for contrast.

2) Before gaining powers, she didn't know what to do with her life. Always called "sweet, kind, nice", she's has some charisma, but no real physical PRESENCE. Often goes ignored in her day to day life. Wishes there was some way she could stand out.

3) Keep her the subject of a ritual/experiment. Maybe the sweet/innocent victim of said incident, a chosen Avatar of destruction who is just too kind to actually seek to do things like kill people (but she does find rampant destruction during fights kind of "enticing and fun to do"). Plant possible seeds for a possession/corruption arc in the future (a la Raven)

3) Place her on a team that can utilize the concept of "OH MY GOD, THERE'S A FUCKING GIANT THAT CAME OUT OF NOWHERE" for story beats. My pick? The Outsiders.
