Over the Garden Wall was made by the same retard behind Adventure Time as you can awfully tell by his characters' autistic dialogue, behaviour and retarded form of humour. It was also inspired by Flapjack which is another fetus that should have been aborted. The little brother had nothing to do in this show aside from being the retard.

There's funny stupid characters like Billy from Billy and Mandy. Harold from Bunnicula, Baboon from I am Weasel, Cow from Cow and Chicken and then there's just plain retard characters like Cheese Sandwich from Foster's Home.
