Because by "every reboot" you're talking about a 10+year seperation.
By then a lot of the writers for certain comics would change hands and change character's interest to how THEY want them to be.
Maybe writer A wants Batman with Zatanna. Maybe writer B wants Batman to be with Catwoman. Maybe writer C wants Batman to be a jerk and not have any love interest, and Writer D is fine with that cause more time to show his interest in Superman and GL Jess.

The way people who make these threads always wanna act like she's passed around from month to month like an indecisive girl, when it is just remembering 20+ years worth of continuity for a character's romantic life as she has changed in writers half a dozen times.

We wanna talk about a character being passed around?
Batman has so many ongoing comics he's had more changing of lovers than anyone (even Grayson and he's meant to be the manslut).
There was Talia Al Ghul, Catwoman, this girl in pic who turned out to be White Rabbit, that childhood friend that Bruce dated while he had amnesia, and thanks to the Batman beyond comics still going on I'm pretty sure the Barbara fling is still canon there. And he went on a date with Harley Quinn in her Valentine special if I remember right.
That alone is 6 relationships in the less than 6 years since N52 began.

Really both are bad but SM/WW is worse. Batman and Wonder Woman is pretty harmless in comparison. They has some playful flirting and maybe a kiss or two but it's usually gets shut down fast, with almost no repercussions. Superman and Wonder Woman is like a plague that last fucking forever. It creeps up every once in white and just stays way too long and affects other books/story lines and characters.

BM/WW is like herpes. Bad and there for life but it clears up really fast. SM/WW is like genital warts. Bad and there for life but stays forever unless something forcibly removes it.

The real solution to the problem is just letting them all fuck each other.

The main issue is that they have a closer relationship with each other than she has with either of them so it just feels forced and dumb. There shouldn't even really be a Trinity with all 3. She is not equal to them. It's the World's Finest first and she should be with Flash and GL as a secondary group, if anything. But Flashes and GLs also have a closer relationship to each other than she has with either so maybe that doesn't work.

But a large part of the problem is that Perez essentially wrote out Steve as a possible love interest and he was the main architect for what is considered modern WW. They're bringing him back at least so maybe the shit will stop.

Well nobody cares about the Batman Beyond garbage with Barbara or the Harley Quinn stuff, so those don't count. But you're also forgetting Natalya, that pianist chick he dated. Shit writers love sticking Batman with their OC love interests who always end up turning out to be a villain or end up being murdered, because it is cheap and easy drama.

For a long time now, Catwoman is the only character who he has a genuine romance with. Talia is just the crazy ex there for baby mama drama...whatever flame that relationship had died long ago. Julie Madison was never interesting as a character, even though she was historically his first love. This causes writers to ship Bruce with the rich society chick of the arc who will inevitably end up turning evil or dying, after which Bruce will be sad but they'll never be mentioned again.
