I was looking on their vimeo and found a video for season one animation snippets. In one of the scenes, Tag is talking to a wolf named Pike, who is something of a fanboy.

Is there anything else you all feel needs to be added or changed to make season two better? My hope, as I expressed in the last thread, is that the racing is actually uncorrupted. I felt that a lot of the races in season one were cheapened by all of the corruption plots, and while I'm sure it was supposed to feel cheapened, it really made a lot of the races somewhat pointless.

I want to see races where even Tag and his friends are competing against one another. Where everyone is genuinely trying to win and where everybody has a chance.

Here is what I think.
Chicken and monkey stay. We know almost nothing about them and they are prime candidates for character development.

If both hyena and wolf get in, two racers have to get out.
Tamira being a terrorist trying to uncover ringmasters wont show up next season probably.
That leaves one additional driver to throw out off the cast.
Axle stays because unbeatable champion, Meika stays to look at Kings hands, Milo has no reasons to quit, Tag stays because MC.

Sonny may quit because of that attack that hospitalized him, but its not his first rodeo and he seems fine now, so its not very probable.

Wrecks had HUGE character development in the finale that put him as my personal favorite racer, so I might be a bit of a wishful thinking, but I dont think they would pull him out off a rooster, even tho King has every reason to do so now.

And that leaves us with one racer left, Krom. Hi is a cold blooded killer(literally, because lizard), a brute and has no redeeming qualities at all as of now, except listening to orders given. I feel like from a meta standpoint, he as a character has nothing going for him, no reason for keeping him. Even his cars ability was mediocre.
Now, I have no actual idea, but I feel like hyena will be his replacement. I doubt she will be taking orders from anyone, but being a general aggressor on the track will be her style.

And heres question for you Anons.
What abilities do you think hyena and wolf cars have?

I just hope that, if there are any future fight scenes, they try to keep the animation quick and fluid. I liked the fight scene between Meika and Tamira, but they moved too slowly and too deliberately.

The only low point would be that it would have to happen in first or second episode before the actual racing happens, unless Kroms investigation and whole truth about Meikas involvement in him not being chosen for another season are going to come out of the woodwork midseason.

It would be nice of the crowdfunding campaign had something like that, but at this point, I'd settle for ANY physical Rimba Racer merchandise. The problem is, since they're in Malaysia, the shipping costs would be insane. I'm almost skeptical that there will be any physical rewards offer, which would be a big problem for them, as people love physical rewards.

There's fulfillment services that any crowdfund maker with half a brain can rent. It's basically a company with warehouses in US or Europe or Asia.

You send them your merchandise in bulk (So if you're mass producing figures, you send them from the manufacturer in China to the warehouse in Cali, for example), they store it, repack it individually and redistribute it to the list of backers you give them for a cost, sometimes fixed, sometimes at fractions of dollar per package sent (the most expensive I've had was like $2.30 per package, with shirts, dvds and minifigs in the same package).

If you're smart about it, physical rewards don't have to be super expensive or a pain to distribute. It's just most first-time crowdfund makers don't bother or don't know to spend the extra 10k it takes to setup, and end up spending more money, or delivering super late, if at all.

I've worked in two crowdfund campaigns based out of buttfuck nowhere, Australia and that's how the people I worked with saved themselves a shitload of time and headaches.
