Except when you realize that his fighting style completely relies on his spider senses. Peter is situational, he uses his environment to beat his enemies. When you get rid of his spider sense, it becomes increasingly harder to do that. Sure he has the way of the spider, but that's a fighting style only used to combat other spider based opponents who also have his spider senses. Eliminate his spider senses, take him into a open field where there's nothing he can stick to or web with, and if need be bring a power armor of some sort.

That or you could just use that thing lady scorpion has to negate his spider powers and smack him around a little.

The traditional broke ass Parker would lose to a prepped Wayne because Wayne has Iron Man level gear and does the best ambushes. Spiderman has been taken down easily by ambushes from the Punisher who has far fewer resources than Bruce. Besides, there isn't much he could do against an air strike from a jet.

Current rich Parker would probably beat Bats though. Any gear Bruce brings, Parker would probably counter it.

Batman is smart enough to exploit Spider-Man's spider sense, to turn it against him. Knowing Spider-man will react to and dodge all threats, he could maneuver Spider-man into a trap by having him react to initiatory threats.
