There is 2 ways you could make such a series, and niether would draw a big enough audience.

The first way would be to have a Gilmoure Girls-type series with smart female-centric dialogue that a few females might watch but most males would not watch because the guys would want to see TITS, and they would get dialogue not aimed at them instead. Cancelled very soon.

The second way would be just fan service with bouncing tits and Supergirl frustrated her tits are so small compared to Peej. This series would die pretty quick because the 20-40 year old white male virgin audience is smaller than you think, not enough to sustain a series. Being on /co/ too much gives you a false idea that this audience is bigger than it actually is.
