Nah, Stormfront was raised with it. The Homelander and all of the rest of the Seven were infused with it once they were fetuses. That's why even though say, Jack or the Deep don't look so impressive compared to the other Seven they're still leagues above the rest.

I wonder if Jack in invulnerability mode could just tank the Homelander.
