Unrelated, but I would love a job at Teletoon, they just seem to make the worst low-to-no standards garbage, you could work there, do a terrible job on everything you do and never be fired because it would be too much effort.

It doesn't appear like it to be honest. I see some physics-like stuff going on with the contents of the blender, along with some blur when it's in motion, but it looks like Toonboom (Flash, or whatever) doing the work in 2D.
It's not as bad looking as Flash from 10 years ago, which is nice. Now It doesn't look like it was made with a bottom of the barrel budget.
