Charlie Cox and Mike Colter only need a couple of scenes each season in which they're topless, otherwise they're usually wearing something, and don't have to worry about maintaining a physique for 6 months of filming, all they have to do is bulk up when needed and they can pig out on junk food after they've gotten all their shirtless scenes out of the way, but instead Finn Jones has to keep the same body for a 6 month stint
