A lot. The relationship drama stuff ended in season 5. The majority opinion seems to be that the show hit it's lowest point in season 6 where it delved into more philosophical stuff (to which I somewhat agree), but that Season 7 and now the start of season 8 have been pretty good. Most recently Finn went on an adventure to find the remnants of humanity along with his mother, which was very well received.

Each seems a simplistic one-dimensional stereotype and when not running their gimmick into Lincoln, they all operate as a combined single entity of sisters. I like both of them.

Star vs is less consistently good though, there are loads of episodes, like at least half of them, that I would remove from the show. The only thing that kept me going through them was the dynamic between the two main characters, and the promise of more god tier episodes like Ludo in the Wild.

Nefcy needs to learn to write better non-plot episodes. Stuff like Storm the Castle and Sleepover are based, but for every one of those there's two or maybe three shitty episodes where the humour takes a nosedive and nothing interesting happens.
