Huh, that injun guy looks like this guy from the backup story of All-Star Western (New 52) #3 about El Diablo. But as far as I know he never existed before this issue and this plot was never followed-up on.

Start it off in a event that basically a ton of alien attack earth cause they see them as a threat and have it lead with several books with heroes taking the war to them
And when I say that I don't just mean cosmic heroes I mean a space based suicide squad or have some street based heroes starting revolutions in the slums of alien world's
Have a young bat alien be inspired to protect his people
Have a group of aliens come together under the name of justice
Bring truth justice and hope to every alien
