Ok. Let's imagine a situation where there's a choice between Batman's life and =, say, a whole another universe or something. Batman either can't know or doesn't care.
Someone close to him has to make a choice and off Batman. We're already limited to people who know that Bruce is Bats. And preferable are close to him. I say either Alfred or Gordon.
