I think the problem is that it's been JUST long enough that even those who loved the original series aren't hyped about it anymore. Most of us put Samurai Jack behind us long ago.

Plus I think there's some healthy skepticism about the quality of the continuation despite the fact that the same people are working on it. Probably because in recent years we've been up to our ears in shitty reboots in every form of media.

So we all agree that build fighter tri and iron blood orphans are pretty shitty, right
