OP, I think you posted the wrong image by accident - that's cool, we all make mistakes.

Seriously, as much as I love Legionary, Cleopatra is absolutely perfect.

Thanks
Why is this thread so dead, is it possible that /co/ didn't read Asterix? Is it almost all capeshit here?

>>89386452
Cleopatra is up there, but Legionary is still the best for me, with Golden Sickle being a close second.
>>
As much as I like Asterix and eurocomics, basic etiquette would tell you to wait a bit after your first thread bombed.
>>
So... Is there gonna be a storytime or what
>>

>basic etiquette
You what

you're all wrong

>>
>>89386593
What? Why?
Can you explain why you think Asterix in Corsica is the best issue?
>>
>>89386625
because comic quality is subjective and if you ask 50 people you are likely to get 50 different answers or at least 50 different reasons for their choice
>>
>>89386660
Great argument, faggot
How about you now tell me some concrete reasons as to why you think that is literally the best issue in the series?
>>
>>89386678
you mean the same way you provided concrete reasons for why your choice was objectively the best?
>>
>>89386705
The Legionary has the best pacing, and it's filled to the brim with amazing and creative jokes, there's jokes at almost every step. Corsica is a mediocre book at best, hardly does any joke hit a spot (try to name five), the pacing is shit and it's just an boring book overall. It's nowhere near as good as Cleopatra, Britain, Gladiator or any other high quality issue.

Also called global rule 10, a.k.a. don't be a faggot, if the bait-like OP didn't work the first time, why not create an Asterix thread with actual content instead, or a storytime. that would be global rule 6 also
Because "fight me /co/" sure puts me in the mood to discuss eurocomics.

>You don't like bantz
No, I don't. I could spend time exchanging information on things I enjoy instead of having "witty" conversation with strangers on the cesspit of the web. Things like "Did you know that this album was based on a real battle?". You can make a decent OP with 5s on google or the author's blog for most series.

I saw Albert Uderzo at a grocery store in Paris yesterday. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything.

He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?”

I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Galaks in his hands without paying.

The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter.

When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.
