Everyone seems to be jumping to the conclusion that Keith is half Galra, but all we really know is that he has "Galra blood", and dream dad implied that the knife and the blood came from his mother.

Keith's mother could be one who's half Galra, or even a quarter Galra. If the Galra ancestor is farther back it would explain why Keith looks, (and believed he was) completely human.

Well, I think it's something people jump on because, unlike a lot of the other characters, the three garrison peeps feel like actual close friends. Lance and Hunk need depth and development and stakes in this to be better characters.
Keith needs an actual personality to go along with how tied to the overall plot he is.Pidge needs a bit of both because she has both, but not enough. Only Allura and Shiro are really getting both personality and depth.

The current avenues for character development are obvious for everyone but Hunk. They need to flesh out Lance's inferiority complex and self doubts. Keith needs to start self actualizing and becoming more his own person, he needs PERSONALITY GROWTH to go with all the backstory stuff. Pidge just needs to meet her brother and shit will be aces for her character growth and arc. Hunk on the other hand is directionless because DUDEFOODLMAO.

Ideally, I think the biggest catalyst for character development for all these characters is if they show up back to Earth sometime during Season 3 and see that it's been ruined by the Galra.

Just finished. This season gave me basically everything I ever wanted, honestly.

I fuckin love the design for Zarkon's mech/armor thing, it's badass as hell.

I also really liked that they had the team fight the chameleon robot from the balmera again-- it really shows how much stronger they've gotten. Since then. The whole team really worked together a lot better this season, it felt good.

The Druids are Alteans, I was really hoping something like that was gonna happen. Curious what the deal was with Haggar's magic making Allura stronger? Is it just that their magic doesn't work on fellow Alteans or what?

I was pretty surprised to see so much ammo for Kallura, I honestly thought it was kind of a joke ship. Still prefer Shallura but I could be happy with that. I feel like Sheith got pretty shot down with the "you're like a brother to me" line.

Pidge and Lance hanging at the mall and trying to get ahold of earth video games was everything I ever wanted. Actually that whole episode was probably my favorite in the series. What a damn fun time.

Coran is the best, he really shone this season. I thought the comedy overall was a lot more on point than in season 1, I had multiple laugh out loud moments.

I watched the first two episodes and honestly I wasn't all that interested. It just feels like splitting up the lions seemed more like a giant waste of time than the exciting arc it could have been.
