>Voltron did well enough for Netflix to easily greenlight another season
>season 3 of Young Justice got greenlit
Are we finally gonna start seeing decent serialized cartoons on a quarterly basis like on /a/?

All we have is hope OP

They announced a third season of Voltron?
all we can do is pray none of them get fucked up
So season 3 of YJ is for sure on Netflix?
I just remember Weisman saying it's happening but not giving any details

Netflix has been doing that for a while now.
Not only that but
>Netflix cofunding season 3 of Wakfu
>Trollhunters is decent

Young Justice is not a Netflix show. They have a deal with Marvel they would not help fund the creation of a DC series.
But S2 of Voltron is really just the second half of S1, it was greenlit from the start.
Yj will be part of the new DC streaming program that they plan to launch this year

Correct. Most Dreamworks/Netflix shows have 78 episode orders.
That's just the Netflix format.
They like it when they have shows people will want to binge watch one season at a time.
The showrunner for Dreamworks show All Hail King Julien talks about this, he says Netflix execs kept asking him if he could make the show more serialized, so he's going to do that for its last season.
Gltas return when?
So all in all how well did it do? I'm sick of remakes and revivals, but I really wanted this to succeed.
It'll suck losing the week-to-week hype but it does seem Netflix is going to be our source for non-oneshot shows.

>season 3 of Young Justice got greenlit
>they're injecting it with token diversity gay agenda bullshit
They should have just left it cancelled. I don't want Marvel in my DC cartoons.
