They're implying that for Renew your Vows Peter's and MJ's kid has some advanced form of precognition (more-so in the area/realm of premonitions), getting a 'Spider Sense' shock whenever her parents are in trouble even before said trouble occurs.

It's possible a Peter/Carol kid could have a similar power, on top of some level of increased strength and agility. The most interesting question will be if the kid also picks up Carol's ability to absorb various forms of energy. If so, they could do a thing where they Spider Sense dodge anything lethal, absorb any sort of energy blast, then fire it back at the thing they're fighting.

Spider Sense has always been Peter's strongest superpower, and a thing that's almost solely unique to him. Any potential offspring with another superpowered hero would just make them insanely strong if they mix with almost any other power in the Marvel universe.
