As a themepark goer, I can see the appeal of constructing a park in such an exotic locale, though I personally wouldn't be interested in a Spongebob theme.

But I absolutely think that any interest I'd have in patronizing the development wouldn't be worth the threat to the environment or disrupting the locals.
