No, after he was executed, his gangsters got Joker's body and resurrected him... somehow, back when there was no Lazarus Pit. One of the later Joker Golden Age stories, showing his transition into the goofier Silver Age guy.

Bruce rezzed Joker via Lazarus Pit in a different, newer storyline, where Joker was working together with Ra's al Ghul on a big apocalypse event, got double-crossed by Ra's and killed.
