Wonder Woman had no friend in Geoff Johns' Justice League because she was an aggressive bitch that treated everyone with contempt and only cared about slobbering on Superbro's cock.

Aquaman best buddy in the Justice League was Batman. They're shown as two alpha males that respected and admired each other, but vied for to be the team's leader, with Aquaman being a good sport about losing that role.

In the pre-Nu52 continuity though there was tons of sexual tension between Aquaman and Wonder Woman and she was the one who'd usually win him over int doing things for the team.
