Surprisingly often, just not for big Hollywood studio movies. I saw a shit-ton of older obscure horror stuff on there this past Halloween, to be fair, and if you're a fan of Hong Kong or Bollywood movies there's a shit-ton of channels devoted to those. Now, to be fair a lot of those channels do get shut down eventually, but there's always someone else willing to carry the torch.
