Also, there are reality warpers like Mxyzptlk or Superman of the 5th dimension. Batman would probably come up with some extremely unlikely plan that would, of course, work due to him being Batman.
There are also Vertigo powerhouses, such as Lucifer, Michael, or the Endless.
