What "children's cartoon" is considered to have "the best writing"?

Redwall which aired on PBS was fairly faithful to their books.

Animals of Farthing Wood

I wouldn't call Animals of Farthing Wood for children (Y) but older kids (Y7), but I'm not sure if OP meant pre-school age shows or else I would have picked the Moomin '80s or '90s series.
This is a shit thread.

one block bled into another in my country so I don't bother to draw a distinction. I mean, if you're watching cartoons at 9 Am you're not suddenly going to stop watching cartoons at 11AM
IT'S
THE
NUTSHACK
Came here to say >>88829711 but if >>88829750 is the case then Thomas the Tank Engine and The Magic Roundabout would be my vote for the really really young children aimed animations.

>what blah blah "children" blah blah blah
it's so obvious you're a pedo, just have yourself committed and save people's children the grief of you being around them

I like Zou. (it's the one with zebras)
Well, I like one specific thing about Zou's writing: Zou doesn't win every contest there is. I don't think he's won any contest, but I'm not 100% sure. I know he didn't win the art or the dancing competition. Spoiler alert.
