He probably signed a three picture contract, just like everyone else does. However, Garfield had a three picture contract, so the contract alone really means nothing.

On the other hand, part of the costs for Spider-Man Homecoming when Sony pencils out the budget, is going to be some sort of payment to Webb and definitely a nice check for Garfield, before they even split any cash with Marvel Studios/Disney.

Holland probably got paid for Civil War the same way that say Paul Rudd did or Jeremy Renner (probably less than Renner). It's probably less than Mackie got for CA-TWS or CA-CW. HOWEVER, in the future, he'll probably get paid XYZ for popping in the way Manlet-Man is popping in to HOMECOMING and Chris Evans got for his cameo on THE DARK WORLD.

Holland's contract could also be structured like Stans (who has a nine picture deal, but none of those nine are lead roles). But they can probably keep him around till 2020 - 2022 or so.

Hopefully they show Spidey become friends with Daredevil. Spider-Man and Daredevil's friendship is probably my favorite thing about the early Spider-Man comics.

Joystick appearing would also be nice because Spider-Man has never fought a female villain in the movies. Maybe as a henchwoman for Tombstone or something.
