Not to get tumblr or anything, but Africa had a fair amount of prosperous civilizations along with not so prosperous ones and the continent is mostly in a bad shape due to other countries conquering them and the infighting that was a cause/product of that. i can relate to this very well. admittedly i was a person who got sucked into the social justice scene for a year or so, and it was probably one of the most miserable times of my life. i've mostly broken away from it now, but i still find myself being overly sensitive on certain topics which i really hate myself for. social justice turned me into a sensitive, self centered jerk and I truly feel sorry for the kids that are getting sucked into it.
