I'd go with the Inhumans. Carol was okay up until Marvel started to push her.

Miles is mostly due to Bendis and is relatively bland and underutilized (Venom Sting needs a nerf, but I can't think anything else that's outright bad).

Damian's issue is that he's more hit-or-miss, depending on the author and his character development got scaled back hard at one point (not to the point where he's back to killing, but still). The thing is, his arrogance and attitude are balanced out by the fact that even in-universe people found that annoying (even Dick had trouble with him at first) and that he's screwed up socially. Of, course The only Robin I can think of that took a hit because of Damian is Tim, and I think the New 52 + WB pushing Damian in spinoffs were worse for him.

The Inhumans, on the other hand, were pushed as a replacement for the X-Men, most likely because of movie rights issues. Scott Summers got derailed so horribly that Marvel equated him to Hitler then revealed that what he did was extremely underwhelming. The fact that they unintentional come off as villains in Death of X and Inhumans Vs X-Men says a lot.

You've never read a pre-N52 Joker's Daughter story, and even N52 Deula had some decent concepts behind her. The Lobdell appearances of N52 Deula were leagues better than her actually awful first appearance in Catwoman, and all that was immediately retconned in Joker's Daughter #1.

People get hung up on the gross shit in her first couple appearances, which are all shown to be flat-out lies she makes up to make herself seem deep and troubled. She's pretty much exactly what you'd expect a teenage girl who idolized supervillains to act like, right down to making herself into her own fanfiction OC.

She's basically a reverse Squirrel Girl; Squirrel Girl was likable until it was shown that the character is shallow as shit, while the new Deula was offputting until it was shown that she had heaps of potential.

I don't know much about Carol or the Inhumans (gave up on Cap Marvel after the first arc of the first Marvel now and I've never cared about the inhumans)

But for Miles I don't think he's the worst character ever created he's just incredibly boring and he's being written by someone that doesn't actually want to do anything new with this black character and just wants to use him to get praise and pat himself on the back. Like some of the shit Bendis says when talking about Miles always pisses me off. The first two arcs (ignoring how the first arc ended) of Ultimate comics and Spider-Men were all pretty decent it's everything after that I think is complete dogshit.

I'm not really seeing the problem with Damian. I get why some people don't like him, but it's usually for those reason I do like him. Other people have already pointed out the development he got in Batman and Robin, Batman inc. etc. So I'll just leave it at that.
