I think what I miss mainly were storytimes of things from other publishers, like Breakdown Press, Drawn and Quaterly, Fantagraphics, etc.

Now it's just Marvel/DC with some Image, Avatar, Dark House or licensed stuff. It's not like those are ALL bad it's all there ever is now.

You gotta be on when dan storytimes. Sometimes it's image/avatar stuff but he's usually good about storying GNs, and it's usually lesser known stuff. You know besides the near constant I kill giants storytimes like four or five years ago

Like, I'm not even joking, I storytimed an couple issues of Preacher for when Dillon died and the thread got pruned before I even got to the fourth issue because nobody else was commenting.

I always assumed it applied to all posters, not just the OP.

Yeah the 60 second wait really fucked with the storytimes. Also, nobody ever discusses anything in storytime threads and you feel like you're wasting your time dumping comics that no one ever comments on.

I think only the JSA threads have some discussion.
