There is a legal exception to copyright infringement when the product in question was created expressly for the purposes of displaying the creative talent and ability of an artist.
By legal necessity there can be no profit made from these works, they have to exist only to advertise the skills of the creators to potential future employers.
If that wasn't the case then inkers and pencilers and whatever would be unable to create a portfolio full of work examples and pictures of those characters before applying for a job at Marvel or DC, and nobody that hired them would know beforehand if they can draw a Batman that doesn't look like a stick figure.
Although these videos seem like professional misuse they are in fact examples of the film-maker's skills in production.
