One, there's nothing vaguely interesting about her. You just want to fuck her. And, two Clarence may not be a 10/10 show but there is worse shit out there.

Her character (and entire arc) was dropped when the creator went crazy and touched and woman in one of his schizophrenic fits.
After he was taken off the top, it was no longer "his" show.
Originally it was gonna be more heartfelt and emotional and shit, like was reflected in the first season and this episode in particular. After he got taken off- they went with a more traditional cartoon approach.
You know. "Fun".
