Why'd they make King Tut such a badass in Return of the Caped Crusaders?
Because otherwise you wouldn't take him seriously
What is this?

god this movie was fucking hilarious
>>88027005
Because he's motherfucking King Tut.
>>88027896
king tut gonna bust a nut?
>>88027877
Why?
>>88027005
Man what's with the King Tut push lately, first this and now he's getting his own LEGO figure.
>>88027005
Well its not like Victor Buono was a badass so why mot make him one in the cartoon?
>>88027005
It's amusing how in the comics they weren't allowed to use King Tut for some reason so they had to use a guy whose pretty much the same character called "The Pharaoh" instead.

Was King Tut an OC for the Adam West show?
>>88028381
Yes
There were a lot of them
>>88028381
Yeah, but other OCs from that show have shown up in comics without any problem, like Bookworm.
>>88028261
It had good humour and felt like the '66 series on steroids. You ever wanted to see Adam West recite lines from the Dark Knight Returns?
>>88028346
He's going to be in the sequel, but as a pawn used by Two-Face.

I liked the version they introduced in the comics once the rights issues were all cleared up.
But then they never did anything with him beyond his origin story. Now I don't think he even exists post New52.

Rock-solid script by people who clearly cared about the 60's Batman show (which was hilarious in its own right)
Clever visual gags based on the restrictions the original show had to work with (they start fighting and catwoman just poses in front of a wall)
And probably most importantly the actors involved gave great vocal performances and really hit the comedic timing right. When Batman proposes killing Robin the way he says it just makes me lose my shit.

Not to mention when Catwoman said it.

I still want a Dark Knight Returns Reading by Adam West. Holy shit, just hearing those lines with his once cheery Batman voice just makes it sound much more scarier than Robocop did.
>>88027005
>All those Keikkakus
>>88027005
Because he had to fight the most powerful villain of all time
>>88028791
Which came first, Catwoman or Black Cat?
>>88028544
I bet it's because Egypt was two kingdoms in one.
You better mention this, writers. Double crown and all.
>>88029267
Catwoman
>>88028746
>>88028895
Oh yeah, that's right.
They called him The Pharoah again when he appeared in the Brave & the Bold cartoon.
>>88029267
Catwoman. But Black Cat was a cat burglar first.
>>88030698
DO IT
>>88028759
HAHAHAHAHA
That just had to be said.
>>88029558
They called him pharaoh in the credits, but never called him anything in the show, which is smart.
