Eggs are full of extremely well usable protein, The cholesterol is completely irrelevant as your body is only able to absorb only a few 100mg max through your intestines compared to 2-g your body produces everyday of this EXTREMLY important substance, your collagene is made to a high part out of this stuff, your brain is made without water +30percent out of cholesterol, that stuff is much too important to let it come into your body by what you eat, your body produces it by itself, like every animal, and if you eat more of it there is simply less produced.
The only thing is that so many eggs have a lot of calories and all that protein wil really stress your kidneys getting rid of that stuff if your body cannot work with that mass anymore, as high quality it may be.
