Is there a specific trade I could buy to get his run? I enjoy it a lot.
I'm now realizing that I know everything about the how and why and when Venom was made, even the legends about it, but I know next to nothing about the process that led to the creation of Carnage's character.

Early "bloody", skinny Carnage design was literally perfect. Also made for great toys as a plus
>>87794390
You're garbage. Get the fuck out.

Gotta admit, Cletus "logic" as edgelordy as it is is pleasantly straightforward and open compared to some newer and more poorly-written villains.

>Also made for great toys as a plus
With 90's Marvel doing it's damndesr to not JUST he a comic company the toys part probably wasn't just a plus but a primary draw.

You know, apparently readers were asking for Aunt May to just fucking die already as early as the late 70's due to her complete lack of storylines and character development; she either was wildly confused and almost comically out of touch with modern reality or having a heart attack every twenty five second and people got tired of it REAL fast.
>>87796885
Popular early 90's characters have lengthy lifespans because of the massive jump in comics readership at the period and cross-media pollination means they got a lot more exposure then modern creations.
The problem is most of them have the same issues Carnage does; they're flat as fuck and created in the vein of character fads decades old at this point and need to be heavily rewritten to be good, which never sticks for long due to the size of their initial exposure.
X-Men's favorite Thongninja is an another excellent example.
