Hello /co/. So I'm here today, because a friend of mine has been looking for a comic series that they read some years ago, and I'd like some help finding it, or at least get more information on it, if anyone might know what comic I'm talking about.
Certain details they gave were:

>people who have traits of animals, but they're all humans technically but with animal traits
>they look completely human
>the main character is a hybrid of a lion and a panther/jagaur?
>he meets up with others on an adventure
>there's like entire villages
>an entire region of hyena? that have a virus/plague that is quarantined because of an incurable virus
>crocodiles with horns for some reason? that's pointed out
>its all in black and white
>i think it was a western comic
>there's an antelope tribe who have a tradition of hiding their faces from EVERYONE and if they dare show their face they're banished
>and has ZERO, NONE ZILCH, NON EXISTANT ROMANCE
