>being uninspired and unrealistic is ok
What happened to modern fiction

new genration of talent doesn't have the same sense of realism as the older generation.
example: modern marvel artists.

Plant bitch sure has one fat calf muscle.
>>87674258
>>87674296
realism is overrated
and why pretend that comics strived for realism before the 80s
>>87674258
>"not muh house style" cape autist hates anything that's not traced stock photos
typical

(you) happened
>shit talking faust

Why is Poison Ivy here?
Isn't she a bad guy?
>>87675256
That's Brianne Drouhard.
>>87675350
She is. The only villains in those shorts were her, Cheetah, and Grundy, though.
I find it incredibly interesting that OP used this image as I actually was tempted to buy the Supergirl figure at a flea-market for $10 this morning.

But she is fat
>>87675583
I want an Ivy, Cheetah and Livewire team up
>>87674258
Yeah, I'm sure Lucky Luke, Popeye, Pogo and Krazy Kat never existed.
The only valid art style is how Steve Ditko drew at one point in the 70's.
>>87674258
Damn that Ivy she be thicc
>>87674296
Good. Realism is cancer.

if we wanted pure photorealism we would stick to live-action, animations main selling point is that you can make settings, characters, and situations that are nothing like real life, even slice of life shows benefit greatly from adding stylization to add more oomph to their movement
realism, and its opposite, are both tools to use, you can use one more than the other, but you need them all to truly be great
