Barry sings with Caitlyn in the first season of the Flash, during the Firestorm arc. They go out to a bar together and Caitlyn gets very drunk and decides they should sing karaoke. Barry sings just fine and Caitlyn gives him a look like he just took a dump on her bed.

They're confirmed to sing together in the musical crossover later this season.
