Why do they keep trying synergy when movie/TV costumes are the result of limitations? It's like if someone made a painting of a building and the architect went and looked at it and decided they needed to make the real building flat because the painting is flat. There's no reason to accept flaws just because some other form of art or expression is incorporating them.
