SU is great, but it's on its fourth season. I started watching two months ago and I'm still not caught up. I'm talking shows with only 1 or 2 seasons so far.

Atomic Puppet. The animation in particular is gorgeous.
Star Vs is older but still good.

Problem is, we're still not in a period of new shows.
For what I know, the only new shows are Mighty Magiswords and Milo Murphy. First one is the one I have the biggest hopes for.

I hated phineas and ferb, so no way is milo mirphy is gonns be good. Also, season two better have more lewd jokes and lucy panty shots. I only watch the show for the feel good jokes, animation, and to sexualize the sisters. Objectively its not that funny at all.
