Not me but I read some interesting information from someone who claimed to be an inside on /tv/, here's basically what they had to say about things that happen in AOW and post.

Two big characters die in the end of The Whisperer War
Whisperers overrun Alexandria to the point it causes Rick, Eugene and a small band of people to head for Ohio
Something happens to cause Rick to fall into another coma, wakes up in Ohio but believes he is still in Alexandria, thinks he is in a world without walkers he helped make
Hershel is gutted and Dwight becomes a triple amputee
Not one person really leads Alexandria except it is different splinter groups vying for power
Upon arriving in Ohio, they are immediately thrown in prison for something one of the throwaway survivors does, Rick also gets into an argument with their leader and kills the Ohio leader
Stephanie apparently comes along with them back to Alexandria
Ohio follows them back, except they have an army with them, kind of like the scene with The Gov arriving at the prison in #42 supposedly they open fire on just about everyone
