Is his New 52 origin still canon now with reboot?
WHAT'S CANON AND WHAT ISN'T?

I think so
I wish it wasn't, his older origin was way better
I wish she was canon
>no Warrior Rebirth
ONE JOB GEOFF
I just don't think of anything as canon anymore. Having a structured approach to canon will only drive you insane. Just enjoy the fucking thing because of what it is: cheap adventure narratives with superheroes.

Storytelling.

Here's one of my favoite quotes on continuity.
Somewhat edited from Si Spurrier originally discussing a plot beat centered on Psylocke of all characters.
>even something never gets referenced again, it becomes a part of that character's mythological makeup, and readers are cheerfully entitled to put more or less importance upon it as their tastes dictate when reading newer stories with that character. Up until the point that another writer tacitly uses or contradicts it, these points of emotional color continue to have an influence.

Something I've always wondered but never actually bothered to check if it was true or not.
Was Abin Sur's ring really meant to go to Guy instead of Hal but it didn't have the charge left to make it to him? If so what issues is this in?

STOP THIS FUCKING MEME
GIVE ME AN OFFICIAL LIST
I AIN'T READING FUCKING NONSENSE

That is very true indeed. All I'm saying is that wanting the canon to be structured and coherent is stupid.

Start with Green Lantern Vol 2 and read everything in publication order.

They were both qualified but Hal was closer so he got it, and Guy became Hal's backup later
It's from Guy's first appearance issue

This.

This is always how I've preferred to look at it. Why get weighed down by lesser stories?
