Netflix has been shrinking it's catalog since they started producing original stuff. The originals make more money for them than the shit they have to pay license fees on.

But when they lose everything from one source all at once (like Cartoon Network stuff), it's highly likely Netflix has no say in the matter. CN/WB decided to do that for whatever reason.
